Sullivan Festeryga LLP was established in 1947 and over the last seven decades, we have grown from two lawyers to over twenty. As a full-service law firm, we provide a range of quality legal services to a diverse clientele throughout Ontario–this includes providing support and advice relating to Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal, Real Estate, Estate Planning and many other areas.

Since our inception, Sullivan Festeryga LLP has been an industry leader in the field of Insurance Defence Litigation. We are highly skilled in all types of Insurance issues from Coverage to Collisions, Accident Benefits to Property and Professional Negligence to Product Liability.

Locally, our lawyers are involved in many groups holding positions on various charitable boards which include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Crime Stoppers, Ancaster Community Services, Head Injury Rehabilitation Ontario and Miles for Smiles.

The lawyers and staff of Sullivan Festeryga LLP regularly participate in charitable fundraising activities including runs, cycling events and food drives. We understand the needs of our community and, as such, our staff organizes clothing and food drives each December that includes a monetary donation on behalf of our staff to a local charity.

A selection of our lawyers offers annual assistance in training the next generation of counsel as well. They coach a local high school team in the regional Mock Trial competition. Many of our lawyers have participated in sports leagues throughout the Hamilton and Burlington area or have coached hockey and soccer teams.

On a provincial and national level, our lawyers have been active in the leadership of legal associations like the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates Society, the Federation of Law Associations of Ontario and the Canadian Defence Lawyers. As a result, we have been, and are still, involved at the forefront of evolving legal issues and changes to legislation.
