Born in Hamilton and raised in Burlington, Charles is proud to serve the Hamilton, Halton, and wider GTA communities where he grew up. With an unwavering desire to practice law from an early age, Charles has focused his life on building the qualities required of an effective advocate. He attended Wilfrid Laurier University for an undergraduate degree, majoring in Law & Society and double minoring in Criminology and Human Rights.

Charles graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Common Law in 2025. Outside of studies, Charles participated in Moot and Negotiation Competitions, was a faculty-appointed mentor, interned at Canada’s sole animal and environmental legal aid clinic, and was the co-president of a student association de-stigmatizing mental health challenges in the legal profession. He summered and articled with a full-service civil litigation firm in downtown Ottawa. After completing his Articles, Charles returned to the GTA to be called to the Ontario Bar in 2026 and began his career with Sullivan Festeryga LLP immediately after.

Charles is a passionate civil litigator with successful trial experience and carries with him an evolving understanding of the Canadian legal landscape, modern challenges, and innovative solutions. He maintains a general civil litigation practice including Insurance Defence matters. Charles is committed to delivering practical, clear and results-oriented legal solutions tailored to every client’s unique circumstances.

Outside of work, Charles is an avid sports fan, culinary experimenter, devoted cinephile, drummer, and world traveller.
