Charlotte is an articling student at Sullivan Festeryga with a strong foundation in public service and community engagement. She holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. Born and raised in Hamilton, she is proud to contribute to the city’s evolving legal landscape while staying true to her roots.
Before starting her journey in law, Charlotte spent over seven years working at the library, where she connected with people from all walks of life through a variety of public programs and services. She also supported city-run health initiatives, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced, people-oriented environments that strengthened her communication and problem-solving skills.
Her time abroad as an au pair in Milan offered a meaningful shift in perspective, deepening her appreciation for community and reaffirming her connection to Hamilton’s diverse neighbourhoods, including the Italian-Canadian community in her hometown of Stoney Creek.
Charlotte approaches her legal work with care, clarity, and a down-to-earth mindset. She believes in meeting people where they are, whether in a legal context or everyday conversation.
Outside the office, Charlotte is a textile artist with a passion for embroidery and storytelling in all its forms. She finds balance through creative work, long walks and runs with her dog, and exploring new places in downtown Hamilton.
