Rachael joined Sullivan Festeryga LLP as an Associate in 2022 after completing her articling requirement at a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto. Rachael’s practice is focused on civil litigation, intellectual property, and employment law.

Rachael obtained her JD from the University of Windsor Law School. While working towards her degree, Rachael volunteered with the Entrepreneurial Practice and Innovation Centre’s legal clinic assisting corporate and individual clients with the development of their intellectual property portfolios.

Rachael specializes in delivering legal advice with an eye for business strategy to allow her clients to make the best decisions for their business and protect their intellectual property rights.

Rachael is committed to providing accessible legal services and has experience working with neuro-divergent clients across a variety of legal areas.

Outside of work, Rachael has a passion for physical activity and is likely to be found at the gym, in the rink, or joining her dog and partner on family walks.
