Roshni was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Prior to joining Sullivan Festeryga, Roshni gained a wide variety of legal experience, including completing her articles at the North Peel & Dufferin Community Legal Clinic and then working at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic. Those roles gave Roshni an understanding of the challenges many people face with access to legal services and navigating the justice system.

She has also practiced family law in Brantford and criminal law and civil litigation in Hamilton. She has experience in a variety of areas including; property disputes, residential construction, landlord and tenant law and both plaintiff and defendant side personal injury.

Roshni is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system. She strives to provide her clients with creative solutions to help them achieve their desired results in the most efficient way.

Roshni is a Hamilton native. When not in the courtroom, she loves travelling to new countries and spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys trying new cuisines, playing the piano and skiing.
